These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://indosoulharmony.com and any purchase of products from Indo Soul Harmony. By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

1. About us

Indo Soul Harmony is a sole proprietorship owned by Tanay Kumar Tapan Kumar Nandi, operating from Flat B24, Building C21, Navare Nagar, B Cabin Road, Ambarnath East, Maharashtra, Pin Code: 421501, India. We sell artisan goods and lifestyle products online to customers in India and internationally.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and descriptions

• Product images and descriptions are for illustration. Handmade and natural materials may vary slightly in colour, texture, size, or finish; such variations are not defects.
• We attempt to display product information accurately, but typographical errors or outdated stock information may occur.
• We may update, limit, or discontinue products without prior notice.

4. Orders and acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch or expressly accept the order.
• We may refuse or cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing/error issues, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or force majeure.
• If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid through the original payment method where practicable.

5. Prices and taxes

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and may include or exclude taxes as indicated at checkout.
• Applicable GST and other statutory charges may apply as per Indian law and will be shown at checkout where required.
• For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your destination country are your responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by obvious mistakes.

6. Payment

Payment must be completed via the methods offered at checkout (for example, Razorpay and other enabled gateways). Orders may not be processed until payment is successfully authorised. You represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

7. Shipping and delivery

• We ship within India and internationally.
• India: typical delivery is usually up to 5 days after dispatch (estimate, not a guarantee).
• International: typical delivery is usually up to 18 days after dispatch (estimate, not a guarantee; customs clearance may add time).
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided (or upon handover to the carrier where required by applicable rules).
• You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
• Delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control are not our liability beyond what Indian consumer law requires.

8. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, exchanges, refunds, and order cancellations are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: eligible returns must generally be requested within 7 days of delivery; for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

9. Tours / experiences Coming soon

Tour, retreat, and travel experiences are not currently available for booking on this website. Any tour-related information shown on the site is for upcoming / informative purposes only and does not constitute an offer for sale. When tours launch, separate booking terms (including deposits and cancellation rules) will be published before purchase.

10. Intellectual property

All website content—including logos, text, graphics, photographs, product designs, and layout—is owned by or licensed to Indo Soul Harmony and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit site content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial browsing and fair dealing permitted by law.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, or interfere with security
• Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Harvest data or use bots/scrapers without permission
• Post or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content through any interactive features

12. Disclaimer

The site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Handmade goods and natural materials may have inherent variations. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian consumer protection law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Indo Soul Harmony and Tanay Kumar Tapan Kumar Nandi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or loss of profits/data/goodwill arising from your use of the site or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where a stricter limit is prohibited by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Indo Soul Harmony and Tanay Kumar Tapan Kumar Nandi from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protections, courts at Thane / Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your orders. Nothing prevents consumers from using statutory dispute-resolution remedies available under Indian law.
