This Shipping Policy explains how Indo Soul Harmony prepares, dispatches, and delivers orders placed on https://indosoulharmony.com. By placing an order, you agree to this policy together with our Terms and Conditions and Refund and Return Policy.
1. Where we ship
We ship to addresses within India and internationally, subject to courier coverage, product restrictions, and any destination limitations shown at checkout.
If we cannot ship to your location, we will contact you and may cancel and refund the order.
2. Order processing
- Orders are typically processed after payment is confirmed.
- Processing / packing usually happens within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays), unless a product listing states a longer handmade lead time.
- You will generally receive shipping updates and a tracking reference once the parcel is handed to the courier (where tracking is available).
3. Delivery timelines (estimates)
- India: usually up to 5 days after dispatch
- International: usually up to 18 days after dispatch
These timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery can vary due to destination, courier capacity, weather, strikes, remote locations, or customs clearance (for international orders).
4. Shipping charges
- Shipping fees (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
- Rates may depend on destination, package weight/size, and courier service selected.
- Promotional free-shipping offers, if any, will be stated on the site or at checkout and may have minimum order or location conditions.
5. International shipping, customs & duties
- For international orders, delivery to your country may require customs clearance.
- Customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST charged by the destination country, and brokerage/handling fees are the customer’s responsibility unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout.
- We cannot control customs delays or decisions by foreign authorities. If a parcel is held, returned, or destroyed by customs because of incomplete paperwork supplied by you, restricted goods, or unpaid duties, we are not liable beyond what applicable law requires.
6. Shipping address accuracy
- Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, and email.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by you.
- If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable for that reason, re-shipping may require an additional shipping fee, or we may refund product value minus outbound shipping and any courier return costs.
7. Tracking & delivery attempts
- Where tracking is available, use the link or AWB number shared by email/SMS.
- Please keep your phone reachable for courier calls/OTP, especially for international and COD-restricted destinations (COD is only offered if shown at checkout).
- If you miss delivery attempts, the courier’s local re-attempt / collection rules will apply.
8. Delays, loss, or damage in transit
- If your order is delayed beyond the usual estimate, email us with your order number and we will follow up with the courier.
- If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a reshipment or refund, as appropriate, once the carrier confirms the loss.
- If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can help under our Refund and Return Policy.
9. Returns related to shipping
Returns, refunds, and who pays return shipping are governed by our Refund and Return Policy. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
